We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
- Technical issues that prevent service usage (with documented support tickets)
- Service outages exceeding 24 hours in a billing period
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription periods beyond 30 days from initial purchase
- Usage-based charges for sent invitations
- Add-on purchases or premium features
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for refund
- Provide any relevant documentation (for technical issues)
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
5. Prorated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days, we may offer prorated refunds for unused months at our discretion.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
